QCMetrix – Qualified Clinical Data Registry


QCMetrix Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCM - QCDR) is a CMS approved entity that collects, validates, audits and submits data to CMS on behalf of physicians and group practices.

We provide several options to submit data using our highly secured and HIPAA compliant infrastructure:

QCM Registry: Use our registry product to manually enter and validate patient data

Excel File Upload: Upload and validate up to 5000 cases in Excel file format

    Date Task
    November 15, 2017 Registration deadline for physicians and group practices to use QCM - QCDR for MIPS participation
    February 8, 2018 Physicians and group practices must complete data submission to the QCM – QCDR for MIPS participation
    March 15, 2018 Physicians and group practices must attest to the accuracy of data submitted to QCM - QCDR for MIPS participation
    March 31, 2018 Deadline to submit data to CMS for MIPS participation
